Project Bso Pty Ltd is a Perth-based project management and business services company. We work alongside organisations across Western Australia to plan, deliver and improve the projects and processes that keep their operations moving.
Our Story
Project Bso was founded on a simple observation: many organisations have plenty of ideas and ambition, but not enough structured capacity to turn them into outcomes. Deadlines slip, budgets stretch, and teams are left carrying operational work on top of delivery work.
We set out to fill that gap. From our base in Perth, we provide practical project management support — planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, reporting and risk management — along with broader business services such as process review, documentation and operational improvement.
Every engagement starts with listening. We take the time to understand how your organisation actually works, then tailor our approach to fit — whether that means stepping in as your project lead, supporting an internal team, or building the frameworks and documentation that let your people deliver with confidence.
